Advector provides AI-powered video ad generation services, including but not limited to script generation, synthetic actor creation, voice synthesis, and video assembly. Our Services are designed to help businesses create video advertisements efficiently and at scale.

The Services and all content, features, and functionality are owned by Advector and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit or create using our Services. By using our Services, you grant us a license to use, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Services.

Generated Content

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, you own the videos and content generated through our Services. You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated content complies with applicable laws and regulations.

6. Payment Terms

Certain features of our Services require payment. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to:

  • Pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase
  • Provide accurate billing information
  • Authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us for refund requests.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Advector and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
